At Salem School, where Jen taught, coached, and inspired every student she met, the foundation will honor her legacy through two annual awards for graduating 8th graders — one celebrating academic achievement and a love of learning, and another recognizing dedication, teamwork, and spirit in athletics, especially volleyball. These awards reflect Jen’s belief in the power of education, effort, and encouragement, and her commitment to helping every student discover their potential. 

Cocalico High School, Jen’s alma mater, is where her journey as an educator began. It was there she found her passion for teaching, her love of volleyball, and the joy of inspiring others. To honor those beginnings, the foundation will award an annual college scholarship to a graduating senior pursuing a degree in education — someone who, like Jen, is called to make a difference in the lives of others.
